Really good Experience
prime location friendly staff
This hotel boasts a prime location. I appreciated the friendly staff and the security presence. The gym impressed me with its modern equipment. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a dog bed, toys, and food and water bowls for canine companions.
i found malik in guest services exhibited rudeness over the phone, when i asked about a bill. I expect MUCH better service at this price point.

The rooms are reasonably sized and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The grand beautiful room on a high floor provided a great view. Five-star quality and design were evident throughout.

The hotel includes an amazing gym that underwent recent remodeling. The rooftop bar provides a chill atmosphere. I found security to be consistently present.

It enjoys proximity to the Highline, shopping destinations like RH and Lululemon, as well as Chelsea Market. The hotel is situated in a vibrant square with numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Subway access is conveniently located a five-minute walk away.

poor insulation annoying noise
the noise insulation was quite poor. i could distinctly hear conversations and television sounds from adjacent rooms (999.00 per night!). this was particularly irritating , i expected better.

fitness room high-quality toiletries included robes
I found the fitness room well-equipped with a good range of machines! the bathroom featured high-quality toiletries. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a hair straightener! they also provided robes and slippers, i found that quite charming.
the wi-fi connection was sometimes a bit spotty. it was not a big issue though.

The location was amazing. Access to many cafes and restaurants was so easy. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were luxurious.
The hotel amenities were not suitable. I was disappointed with the view from my room. I was told to order drinks from the bar. There was no table service.
